Hale Makana O Maili will provide long-term affordable rental homes on the Waianae Coast. Hale Makana o Maili will feature 51 rental units and 1 manager's unit in 6 low-rise garden-style apartment buildings, a community resource center and a community park space with play and picnic areas spread across a nearly 2 acre property in Maili. The project has been designed to meet LEED for Homes Silver Certification.

 

Completion of construction is expected in November 2020.
