Mark Development, Inc. is a housing developer and management company incorporated in 1977. Mark Development was formed by Mr. Mark Y. Watase with the sole intent of building affordable housing for the people of Hawaii.

Today, Mark Development, Inc. manages and/or owns 18 properties in Hawaii with 1000+ units.  Our staff is certified with over 27 years of experience in the affordable housing industry.
